We not only bring operational expertise but we operate the most up to date machinery which utilises precision farming technology to improve farm performance. Our continual investment in machinery is huge but with this it enables the business to develop and be at the leading edge, bringing the latest technologies and practices to improve productivity and maximise quality.
Farm
Contracting
Wilsons Contractors undertake all aspects of farm contracting, this includes:
- Full field to clamp silage operations (Grass Whole-crop Maize)
- Round and Square baling including wrapping
- slurry and FYM application
- ploughing and seeding operations
This can be combined with an agronomy service including crop spraying and a fertilizer application programme. We also undertake all aspects of steel frame building erection and site work, along with drainage and general farm maintenance.
Biogas
Contracting
We are proud to offer a complete tailored service to fit your bio gas harvesting operation. This can be from the full harvest operation including harvesting and transportation of crop and ensiling operation. We also offer a dedicated field manager to oversee all aspects of the harvesting operations - this ensures that maximum quality and productivity is achieved at all times with the safety operators and public being equally important. At the other end of the scale we can offer a self-drive hire.
